Privacy Policy
DevLoach (the "Company") values the privacy of its users and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs users how their personal information is used and what measures are in place to protect it.

1. Information We Collect
The Company collects only the minimum information required to provide the service.
a. Information generated while using the service
- App usage history: launch counts and feature usage patterns
- Recording metadata: recording duration, file size, format (the audio content of recordings is not collected)
b. Automatically collected information
- Service usage logs
- Device information (OS version, app version)
- App usage statistics and crash reports via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
c. Mobile app permissions
The following permissions are required to use the app:
- Microphone (required): microphone access for voice recording
- Storage (required): storage access for saving and managing recording files
- Network (optional): internet access for cloud backup and update checks
- Notifications (optional): notification access for scheduled-recording alerts
* Recording files are stored only on the device by default. They are sent off-device only when you use the cloud backup feature.
d. Cloud backup
- When you use cloud backup, recording files are transferred to the cloud service you select (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
- The Company stores only the cloud-service authentication token; data stored in the cloud is governed by that service's privacy policy.
- Cloud backup can be turned off at any time in the app settings.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The information collected is used for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating the service
- Improving service quality and analytical statistics
- Responding to user inquiries and customer support
3. Retention and Use Period
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
a. Automatically collected information
- Retention period: 3 months from the date of collection
- Disposal: destroyed immediately after the retention period ends
4. Sharing with Third Parties
As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to outside parties. Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
- When the user has consented in advance
- When required by law, or when an investigative authority requests disclosure under procedures and methods set by law
5. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may exercise the following privacy-related rights at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion
- Request to suspend processing
Requests may be made to the Company in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company will act on them without delay.
6. Disposal of Personal Information
a. Disposal procedure
After the purpose has been achieved, information you provided is moved to a separate database (or to separate documents in the case of paper) and is either retained for a period required by internal policy and applicable law or destroyed immediately.
b. Disposal method
- Electronic files: securely deleted so they cannot be recovered or reproduced
- Paper documents: shredded or incinerated

8. Security Measures
In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company implements the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure security.
- Minimizing personnel handling personal information: the number of staff with access to personal information is kept to a minimum.
- Technical measures against hacking, etc.: security software is installed to prevent leaks or damage caused by hacking or computer viruses.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. Where additions, deletions, or corrections are made due to changes in law or policy, the changes will be announced via in-app or website notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
