Terms of Service
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using DevLoach (the "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company, and other necessary matters.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and any other necessary matters, in connection with the recording service (the "Service") provided by DevLoach (the "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
Terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- "Service" means the recording features and related supplementary functions for capturing and managing audio.
- "User" means a person who accesses the Company's Service and uses it in accordance with these Terms.
Article 3 (Posting and Amending the Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on the initial screen of the Service and on the website so that users can easily review them.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law.
- When amending these Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment, together with the current Terms, on the Service's initial screen for at least 7 days.
Article 4 (Provision of the Service)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Voice recording (with various quality settings)
- Recording-file management (tags, search, sharing)
- Scheduled recording and sound-detection recording
- Cloud backup (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive)
- Other services determined by the Company
- The Company may add or change features to improve service quality.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Recording conversations without the consent of others
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes
- Using recorded content to defame others or infringe their rights
- Any act that violates applicable laws
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, the user guide, and any cautions announced in connection with the Service.
Article 6 (Copyright)
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights in works produced by the Company belong to the Company.
- Copyright in files recorded by users using the Service belongs to those users.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is exempt from responsibility for providing the Service in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or comparable events.
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
- The Company is not liable for the content or use of files recorded by users via the Service.
- All legal responsibility arising from a user's unlawful use of the Service rests with that user.
- The Company is not liable for data loss caused by service disruptions of cloud backup providers (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company operates a damage-compensation handling body to reflect users' legitimate opinions and complaints and to remedy any harm.
- The Company prioritizes the handling of complaints and opinions submitted by users.
Article 9 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
- Disputes arising from use of the Service that result in litigation shall be heard by the courts of the Republic of Korea.
- Suits between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
These Terms apply from February 27, 2025.
